Blue Cheese Dressing

20150110_190214

It’s finally the weekend!!  It’s been a long week with getting adjusted to school life again, but I’m looking forward to a weekend of practicing and free time 🙂

Blue cheese dressing is rich, creamy, and amazing on salads.  I’d recommend adding more blue cheese to the recipe, but other than that it’s a pretty foolproof recipe!  Hope you decide to try it!

YIELD: 2-1/2 cups

TIME: 15 minutes + 1 hour to chill

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 Tbsp wine vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp parsley, minced

DIRECTIONS
Combine mayo, sour cream, and blue cheese until smooth.  Beat in vinegar and add salt and pepper to taste.  Thin mixture by gradually adding milk; beat in parsley.  Chill for one hour and serve on salads.

Hope y’all enjoy!

xoxo, Sara
